Summary of the reviews written by our editors; the reviews themselves are on Trustpilot.

Ratings are our editors’ scores from one public rubric (COA, price per mg, delivery, returns, vendor reputation). They are not customer reviews. How we review

If you buy epithalon from Real Peptides, a 10 mg vial costs $24.00 and free US shipping starts at $250. From Peptide God, the listing is $29.95 with free US shipping over $100 and 30-day free returns. Those terms, more than the sticker price, decide which order works out cheaper and safer for a lab.

This page covers what to check before you buy epithalon: vendor terms, the certificate of analysis, shipping math, reviews, and the red flags FDA itself pointed to in 2026. Epithalon is a research compound. It is not FDA-approved, and both vendors sell it labelled for research use only.

Vendor terms side by side

The two vendors differ most on shipping and returns, not price. Here is what their epithalon listings state.

Reading the COA before you pay

A certificate of analysis is a unique document that can give you insight about the real product, so read it before you pay for the vial and not after it arrives. Request one if it is not mentioned in the description.

  1. Compound name: it should say epithalon or epitalon. Both spellings are fine, as we explain in epithalon vs epitalon. Epithalamin is a different substance.
  2. Lot number: it should match the vial you receive.
  3. Identity and purity: look for a result confirming what the compound is, not only a purity percentage.
  4. Testing lab and date: a third-party COA names an outside lab. An undated document tells you little.

When a vendor mentions something like Peptide God’s 99% purity, it can be a claim that cannot be supported. A Certificate of Analysis will provide proof of this claim. Therefore, requesting the document is nothing unusual, and a quality vendor will not object to such questions.

Shipping math for small and large orders

The thresholds change the real cost of a small order a lot. At Peptide God, four vials ($119.80) clear the $100 line; three ($89.85) do not. At Real Peptides, eleven epithalon vials ($264.00) are needed to pass $250 on epithalon alone.

Most buyers at Real Peptides reach the threshold with a mixed order. Adding MOTS-c Peptide ($43.20) and the NAD+ multi-dose vial ($60.00) to a few epithalon vials gets there faster. We compare those three on the anti-aging peptides page. For a one-compound order of a few vials, the lower Peptide God threshold often wins once shipping is counted.

What reviews say about the vendors

Real Peptides achieved an overall score of 4.2 out of 5 according to 85 reviews provided in the previous 12 months on November 2026. The aforementioned positive points included rapid assistance and immediate issuance of replacements or refunds along with positive views about the products. The negative side comprised leaking or under-filled liquid products, wrong labeling, and shipping delays.

We found no Trustpilot page for Peptide God, so we cannot give a comparable score. The complaint themes are a good reminder of why the COA and lot check matter: a mislabeled vial is exactly what a lot-number match is meant to catch. When we place orders, I photograph the vial label against the COA on arrival and keep both with the order record.

Red flags FDA pointed to in 2026

FDA's warning letters of 24 August 2026 to five online peptide vendors gave buyers a useful checklist, even though epithalon was not among the products named. FDA said a "research use only" label does not settle whether a product is a drug, and it looked at the whole website.

The signs it treated as evidence of intended human use were disease claims, dosing guidance, reconstitution calculators and bacteriostatic water sold next to injectables. A vendor whose epithalon page promises longer life or prints a dose is carrying that risk, and it can affect you through seized stock or a site that disappears mid-order. We avoid recommending sellers that do this, and we publish no doses ourselves, as explained on the dosage page.

Before you check out

Prior to purchasing epithalon, it's important to perform one last check to avoid any issues. Make sure you know the vial size so you can figure out the cost per mg. Ensure there's a COA and that it lists the right substance. Be sure your basket is above the free shipping limit. Consider the returns policy or ask for clarification.

And keep in mind what you are buying: a research compound with an evidence base of cell studies, animal work and small Russian human studies, recommended by an FDA advisory panel in July 2026 but not approved or available as a prescription product. Anyone considering it for personal reasons should talk to a doctor first.

How we review. We compare each product on the vendor’s own page on the date shown: price, vial size, price per mg, stated purity and whether a batch-specific COA from a third-party lab is published. We do not run lab tests ourselves and we do not test peptides on people. Rankings are updated when prices or COAs change. Last checked: November 2026.
